The Ministry

Recently had it voiced that some folks don't approve of women in the ministry, due to scripture wording. May I point out that if one is to take that and all scripture to true accuracy then woman shouldn't vote, shouldn't hold positions of leadership over men, or hold positions in politics.. To take one without the other is hypocrisy.

While I am not challenging scripture.  I acknowledge what is said.

I will point out if one was to read my bio, I lead Bible studies and speak at revivals.....

Being ordained is a spiritual event, same as salvation, receiving the Holy Ghost, speaking in tongues, baptism,..... Our personal relationship with Jesus, is just that - a personal relationship between us and Jesus.

Read on in those same scriptures and Jesus tells us not to judge each other but to worry about our own salvation. Don't be so busy worrying whether or not I'm doing it right, make sure you yourself are holding a ticket to heaven. I'd hate to see anyone miss the flight because they were busy judging others.

If I had an opinion, at least 80% of those sitting on fancy pews on Sunday mornings are already on the wrong train.

  • Read the Bible,
  • Kneel in prayer and
  • Let the Lord lead your path.

I can't help but think that Jesus would rather come back to a woman sharing the truth, over a man behind a pulpit leading others to hell with his lies..?

Some Dreams Live, Some Die

My first RV - Christmas, mid 70's, many adventures taken. Sits in my living room today.

Life lead to 4 kids and a whole different adventure, and then they grew up. Life literally blew up! We lost house, cars, job everything... Long story later.
The dream of my Grandma house GONE!

After my parents died I used my inheritance and

I bought a trailer {can't find that pix yet} Short lived, it ended up snowed in and destroyed one winter....

So life went on....like a tumble weed and then came my 3rd RV. Lucky the Leprechaun, This little class C fulfilled one of my many dreams,
Living at the Light House one spring for a few weeks.. As camp host.  Lucky truly was lucky for me!

Life goes on and Lucky went on to another adventure of his own. After breaking down on me going up the hill, I lost faith..... Mind you at the exact time I broke down a tow truck passed me, stopped and backed up to Lucky and asked if I needed a tow.... Yep, a FREE tow. Even gave me 20 bucks to get something to eat, as I was not prepared for the breakdown...

Life tumbled on...Then I got horses and paid out board and rent.... so I went back to another trailer.... Cute as it was, I'm getting older and the fixer uppers just are not me anymore.

The trailer parked at the Eagles club .. My horses live at the Barn, I lease the whole barn and property next to it, with full access to the riding arenas, hot wash and summer pasture.                   My landlords are amazing people... When it came time to leave the Eagle's as they were closing the RV park . I got to move to the farm,
When Life took yet another turn, which ended up here and now, in my final RV. Next to the barn with my horses, goats, duck and who knows what's next! ... oh wait, chickens this spring it's chickens!!

35 foot 5th wheel and it's a house! Washer and Dryer hook ups, porcelain toilet.. oh ya!.. 2 slide outs walk around bed...
I'm home.

My old truck traded in for a new one,
No more scary rides
and I can take my horses to the ocean with me...
Horse trailer next...
Lost a lot of dreams along the way, gained a lot more...
Sometimes dreams die, sometimes they live, sometimes they come back years later...... Don't give up!
