This is going to be short....
it's basically a question I've wondered for a long time...
Why do people blame God when bad things happen in their lives?
- More often than not, they haven't exactly been living 'for God' their whole lives, yet they expect God to protect them - like He does those that do 'live a Godly life'.
- Whether or not you live for God... no where in the Bible does it promise an 'easy' life.
- Then there are those that 'don't believe in God' because something bad happened...
The devil is just as real as God.
People seem to exclude that from the equation.
I was told by a preacher once, if your life is going 'great' and nothing bad is happening, most likely the devil's not worried about getting your soul.... cause he's already got it.
If your life is being taunted and turmoil, most likely your striving to do right by God and the devil knows he doesn't have your soul, so he's doing all he can to win your over..
The story of JOB.... one of my favorites to understand how this works.
